Identify Safety Inspection Points – Ladder Safety

All check points are numbered (Total 10, see picture here)

Below Answer are  Ladder Safety Inspection Points :-

 1 : Are Rung (Steps) Damaged or Missing?  (Broken, Crack, Deform, Bend)
2 : Are Side Rails Damaged ? (Broken, Crack, Deform, Bend)
3 : Are Rungs (cleats, or Step) fit into the Side Rails Without Damage (Loose)?
4 : Is Ledder Corroded ?
5 : Are Side Rails and Rungs (Steps) with Oil, Grease. Slippery Dirt etc.?
6 : Are Run s Uneven? (not placed at regular intervals – 30 cm gap between two rungs)
7 : Is Ladder Projected with Loose Nails, Screws, Bolts, or Other metal parts?
8 : Is Ladder placed at 65-75 degree angle? (1:4 ratio)
9 : Is Ladder extended at least 1 m above the landing platform? (3 Rungs)
10 : Is Ladder Secured either at Top or Bottom?
11 : Is Wooden Ladder Rung or Side Rails are Painted? (Should not be Painted)
12 : Is Ladder with makeshift arrangement -Steel rod used as Ladder Rung?
13 : Is Top Hook Damaged / Missing?
14 : Is Bottom Non-Skid Pad Damaged / Missing? (in case of Aluminium ladder)

Consultancy for Medical Laboratory Certificate under MLP from NABH



Akshar Management Consultant announces for consultancy services for Medical Laboratory Certificate from National Accreditation Board for Hospitals & Healthcare Providers (NABH) for laboratories that conduct biological, microbiological, immunological, chemical, haematological, pathological, cytological or other examination of materials derived from the human body for the purpose of providing information for the diagnosis, prevention and treatment of disease.

Eligibility Conditions:

Medical Laboratories can only apply for NABH Certification, if meets any one of the following condition:

  • ·  Standalone laboratory
  • ·  Based in a hospital which is either NABH Accredited or achieved Pre-Accreditation Level (Entry or Progressive).

This program is open for all laboratories including those have only the most basic of equipment (such as a microscope) and perform the most routine tests, such as:
  • Simple qualitative urine strip tests for sugar and protein.
  •  Microscopic analysis.
  •  Blood smear for MP (Malaria parasite) and for TC (total leucocytes count) and DC (differential leucocytes count), and/or blood grouping and Rh testing.

Scope of Certification:

A laboratory must apply for all its facilities (discipline and tests) as NABH certification is based on the principle of All or None.

  • Nuclear Medicine (in-vitro tests only)- Requirement as laid down by Atomic Energy Regulatory Board (AERB)
